Biography

Zihni GONEN is the managing partner of Gonen Law Office. He has extensive experience in the fields of international trade, project finance, commercial finance, PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects, construction law with particular focus on FIDIC-based contracts and contract management. In addition to these practice areas, Mr. GONEN actively took part and succeeded in national and international arbitrations and dispute resolutions on behalf of national and multinational clients.

Mr. GONEN is a listed arbitrator in various national and international arbitration centres where he has been acting as an arbitrator and mediator in various national and international arbitration matters. Since the beginning of his career, AHMET MUTLUAY has provided comprehensive management services for business development operations, coordinating with Senior Management and relevant units to align with the strategic goals of the company he was involved. SELAHADDİN ANAÇ graduated in 1978 with a degree in Mineral Processing from the University of Leeds, where he also completed his PhD research on “Grindability of Minerals” between 1978 and 1982. Subsequently, Mr. ANAÇ joined ETİBANK, where he held various positions from 1982 to 1989 in the Project and Application Department, including Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Deputy Manager. Between 1989 and 1992, he served as the Head of the Planning and Coordination Department at ETİBANK, followed by his tenure as the Head of the Projects and Application Department from 1992 to 1997. From 1997 to 1998, he was appointed as the Head of the Marketing Department at ETİBANK, and from 1998 to 1999, he worked as a Senior Consultant to the General Manager at Eti Holding A.Ş. In 1999, he served as Advisor to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. In 2001, Mr. ANAÇ became Deputy General Manager at TEDAŞ (Turkey Electricity Distribution Corporation), and in 2002, he was appointed as the Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. From 2002 to 2011, he held the position of General Manager and Chairman of the Board at Türkiye Coal Enterprises (Türkiye Kömür İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü). After retiring, Mr. ANAÇ founded Minertolia Consulting Inc. in 2012, where applied his vast experience and expertise to develop and coordinate innovative projects with his team.
